Jebavy/Molteni Hoist Second Trophy In Cordoba

Team has recovered well since 0-3 start to the season

Third seeds Roman Jebavy of the Czech Republic and Andres Molteni of Argentina won their second ATP Tour doubles title as a team on Sunday at the Cordoba Open.

Jebavy/Molteni swept Maximo Gonzalez and Horacio Zeballos, the top-seeded team from Argentina, 6-4, 7-6(4). Gonzalez/Zeballos were playing in only their third ATP Tour main draw together and reached their first tour-level final as a team.

Jebavy/Molteni debuted together at Wimbledon last year and improved to 12-7 as a team with their win on Sunday. They won their maiden ATP Tour team title last year at Kitzbuhel.

The team started the year 0-3, with first-round losses at the Brisbane International, Sydney International and Australian Open. The winners will receive 250 ATP Doubles Rankings points and split $29,860. Gonzalez/Zeballos will receive 150 ATP Doubles Rankings points and split $15,300.
