Job Purpose:
This newly created position will deliver a strategic and process-oriented approach to FP&A, management reporting, financial budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning, and analysis to support decision-making and performance management. The position reports to Chief Financial Officer and will support business growth through developing and strengthening talent within the finance function and improving processes and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead finance function with a track record of hiring, motivating, developing, and retaining talent.
• Lead annual budget creation and its implementation - setting up the process and leading future planning including budget, plan, and any other type of forecasting.

Required Skills and Attributes

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and administering contracts and ATP rules and policies, assisting with governance matters, providing legal advice and support to all internal clients, and advising and assisting ATP tournament and player services departments. The ideal candidate is a team player with exceptional drafting skills, a keen legal mind, and sharp business acumen. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide general legal counsel and advice on business/legal affairs issues to all ATP departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supporting the Director of Social Media in scaling and delivering multiple key projects, events and reports on a weekly basis.
• Implementing the Tour's social media and digital brand strategy with a focus on owned events (Nitto ATP Finals, Next Gen and United Cup)
• Daily operation of posting all ATP Tour social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Tiktok)
• Key daily responsibilities include match coverage/posting, liaising with inhouse studio on design briefs and ideating content ideas for upcoming events against a strategic framework

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
