Coordinator, Member Services Technologies and Systems (Ponte Vedra Beach, FL)
The Member Technology, Coordinator is a member of the Member Services department. This position maintains and supports all systems and databases required to operate the services to professional tennis players and tournaments. This position is mainly responsible for the day to day maintenance and the ATP PlayerZone and other member platforms used to support players’ and tournament’s operations. This position is involved in all areas of development from design to testing of member platforms and related applications. This position receives its business direction from Member Services and works closely with Player Relations, Tournament Relations and Information Technology. This position also works in the weekly process of the Rankings, research, member databases updates and maintenance. This position is  non-exempt and is based in the International Headquarters in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.

Duties and Responsibilities 
* Responsible for editorial and day to day maintenance of member platforms including PlayerZone and related systems.
* Work closely with end users and document business needs of all member platforms and databases. 
* Centralize the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, and estimates of changes, enhancements, and new functionality.  
* Work collaboratively with other developers, technical and business staff to continually enhance services and benefits to members through technology.      
* Assist in the production and process update of the ATP Rankings and related systems on a bi-weekly rotational basis. 
* Assist with maintenance and upgrades of Tournament platforms including but not limited to Tournament Center, Tennis UNO, Officiating intranet. 
* Assist in the maintenance of membership databases including players, coaches, former players and tournaments.
* Focus on fine tune integrations between ATP applications and third-party player websites.

As the Senior Director of Digital Strategy & Content you will be the strategic leader for all social and digital content marketing at the ATP and WTA. 

A visionary marketer and specialist in your space, you'll have vast experience in demonstrating best-in-class social and digital media activity for an array of brands and disciplines, whilst being at the forefront of the latest industry trends. You'll have built and optimized international digital operations and demonstrated tangible growth to business metrics as a result of your integrated campaigns.

The ATP is seeking an experienced and creative Director of Social Media to lead the ATP & WTA social media teams.  This position is designed to be based in London, UK but consideration will be given to candidates residing elsewhere.
We want someone who genuinely understands the social landscape and the way it works. We want the ATP & WTA to be embedded in culture in an authentic and credible way, with an emphasis on regular, quality content that both appeals to current fans and attracts new audiences to the sport.

Summary:  Responsible for maintaining and developing new functionality for the ATP’s Digital systems, the Live Scoring systems, Intranet systems and Data Distribution systems platforms.  Works with appropriate stakeholders through all steps of software development lifecycle to determine requirements, implement and launch new digital media, live scoring and data distribution initiatives.
