ATP has today renewed its longstanding partnership with Thomas Lyte, the Official Trophy and Silverware Supplier of the Nitto ATP Finals.
From its workshops in London, the luxury English silversmith designs, handcrafts and restores silverware for world-leading sporting competitions. Thomas Lyte’s silverware has celebrated the achievements of some of the greatest players in men’s tennis since 2009, when it designed the ATP’s first perpetual Year-End No. 1 trophy.
Under the renewed partnership, Thomas Lyte will continue to make and maintain the four trophies presented at the end of each ATP season: the Nitto ATP Finals singles and doubles trophies, and the ATP Year-End No. 1 presented by PIF singles and doubles trophies, ensuring the ATP’s most prestigious honours continue to reflect the highest standards of craftsmanship.
As part of the renewal, Thomas Lyte will also make its specialist design and craftsmanship services available to tournaments across the ATP Tour.
Designed as one family, the trophies share complementary forms and proportions, with the Nitto ATP Finals singles and doubles trophies both featuring a distinctive eight-sided design representing the eight players and teams who qualify for the event each year.
Daniele Sano, ATP Chief Business Officer, said: “Thomas Lyte has long been part of the history of our season finale. Winning the Nitto ATP Finals and securing the ATP Year-End No. 1 honours are among the most prestigious achievements in tennis, accomplished only by our sport’s greatest champions. Thomas Lyte’s craftsmanship ensures the weight of these achievements are reflected in the trophies themselves. We look forward to continuing to celebrate these moments together.”
Kevin Baker, Thomas Lyte Founder and CEO, said: “Since 2009, we have enjoyed a very special relationship with the ATP, one that I am incredibly proud of, particularly our collaboration in creating the first perennial World No. 1 Trophy in men’s tennis. This partnership of almost 20 years with the ATP captures so much of what we value at Thomas Lyte: ambition, style and masterpieces designed to endure.”
The announcement comes ahead of the 2026 Nitto ATP Finals, which will take place in Turin, Italy, from 15–22 November.
