The Australian Open has released its prize money breakdown for the 2025 edition of the season’s first major. The prize pool will be AUD $96.5 million, up nearly 12 per cent on 2024.
There will be prize money increases in every round. The men’s and women’s singles champions will each earn AUD $3.5 million.
Australian Open prize money has increased 119 per cent from $44 million in 2016 (10 years). It has gone up more than 36 per cent in the past five editions.
