The China Open is a hard-court ATP 500 tournament in Beijing, China. Alexander Zverev, six-time champion Novak Djokovic and Felix Auger-Aliassime are among those set to headline action at the event.
Here’s what you need to know ahead of the Chinese tournament:
The ATP 500 event will be held from 30 September to 6 October. The hard-court tournament, established in 1993, will take place at the National Tennis Centre. The tournament directors are Alfred Zhang Junhui and Lars Graff.
Zverev, Djokovic, Auger-Aliassime, Flavio Cobolli, Alex de Minaur and Daniil Medvedev are among the field in China.
The China Open draw will be made on Monday, 28 September at a time to be confirmed.
Qualifying: Monday, 28 - Tuesday, 29 September at 11 a.m.
Main Draw: Wednesday, 30 September – Wednesday, 6 October
Start time: Wednesday, 30 September - Thursday, 1 October at 11 a.m. & Friday, 2 October not before 1 p.m.
Saturday, 3 October and Sunday, 4 October from 11 a.m. & Monday, 5 October, not before 3 p.m.; Night sessions from 7 p.m.
Doubles final: Tuesday, 6 October, not before 4 p.m.
Singles final: Tuesday, 6 October, not before 7 p.m.
The prize money for the China Open is $3,720,165.

Jannik Sinner eased past Learner Tien 6-2, 6-2 in last year's singles championship match to claim the trophy. Harri Heliovaara and Henry Patten claimed the doubles title by overcoming Karen Khachanov and Andrey Rublev 4-6, 6-3, 10-8 in the title match.
