For the second consecutive year, the Dominican Republic plays host to an ATP Challenger 175 event during the second week of the BNP Paribas Open. Featuring a handful of notable players, the 2026 Republica Dominicana Open - Copa Cap Cana promises to be an action-packed week.
Here's what you need to know ahead of the ATP Challenger 175 tournament:
The 2026 Cap Cana Challenger will be held from 10-15 March. The hard-court tournament takes place at Racquet Village.
Former World No. 6 Hubert Hurkacz is among the field, which is led by top seed Miomir Kecmanovic. #NextGenATP star Alexander Blockx is in the draw. The top eight seeds are all Top 100 players in the PIF ATP Rankings.
The Cap Cana draw will be made Sunday, 8 March after 6 p.m. local time.
*Qualifying: Monday 9 March - Tuesday 10 March.
*Main Draw: Tuesday 10 March - Sunday 15 March.
*Singles and Doubles Final: Sunday 15 March not before 11 a.m.
The prize money for the 2026 Cap Cana Challenger is US $300,000.

Last year, American Aleksandar Kovacevic claimed his biggest career title in Cap Cana, where he beat Damir Dzumhur 6-2, 6-3 in the final.
