Sunday night's match between Ben Shelton and Jaime Faria resumed at the Cincinnati Open following a 30-minute rain delay.
The players left the court at approximately 8:00 p.m. local time with Faria leading 4-3 and serving at 40/40 in the second round match.
The in-form Shelton is looking to continue his strong form on the North American hard courts following his title run at the ATP Masters 1000 event in Montreal.
