Diaz Acosta’s latest triumph came at the LXIII COPA SEVILLA in Spain, where he downed former World No. 23 Dusan Lajovic 6-2, 6-1 in a 70-minute final. The Argentine is up to No. 72 in the PIF ATP Rankings, seeking a return to the Top 50, a mark he surpassed in 2024.

Diaz Acosta, 25, is the eighth player to win at least six Challenger titles in a season and the first since Damir Dzumhur in 2024. The lefty has earned all of his triumphs on clay: Tigre-2, Sao Leopoldo, Francaville al Mare, Milan, San Marino and Seville.
