Novak Djokovic got back to business on Sunday at the Rolex Paris Masters, where he practised ahead of his bid for a record-extending eighth title at the ATP Masters 1000 event.
Following Alexander Zverev onto centre court, Djokovic shared a light-hearted moment with the German, who on Monday will become the 30th player to reach No. 1 in the PIF ATP Rankings. Djokovic then quickly turned his focus to his practice session alongside Brandon Nakashima, with the 39-year-old Serbian preparing for a challenging first-round clash against Basel champion Valentin Vacherot.
Djokovic arrives in Paris looking to strengthen his chances of securing a record 19th qualification for the Nitto ATP Finals. Despite suffering a second-round defeat to Jan-Lennard Struff in Basel, the former World No. 1 will be aiming to rediscover his best form on the indoor hard courts in Paris, where he is competing for the first time since 2023.
It also marks Djokovic’s first visit to the tournament’s new home at Plenitude Arena in La Defense, following its relocation in 2025. View some of the best photos from Djokovic’s practice session on Sunday in Paris below.
