The 29-year-old has climbed to his highest ranking since August 2023 after reaching the final in Toronto. Khachanov upset World No. 3 Alexander Zverev to advance to his second Masters 1000 title match and first since he won in Paris in 2018.

The 22-year-old became the youngest American in two decades to win a Masters 1000 crown when he triumphed at the National Bank Open Presented by Rogers in Toronto. Shelton is the sixth player born in the 2000s to clinch a Masters 1000 crown, joining first-time 2025 winners Jack Draper and Jakub Mensik.
No. 19 Alexei Popyrin, +7 (Career High)
The Australian has broken the Top 20 for the first time. Popyrin won the Canadian Masters 1000 event in 2024 and while he was unable to defend his title, he did reach the quarters in Toronto, where he beat seeds Daniil Medvedev and Holger Rune.

The #NextGenATP American has jumped to a career-high No. 55 in the PIF ATP Rankings after an impressive run in Toronto. The 19-year-old reached the fourth round on his debut in Canada, defeating home favourite Denis Shapovalov en route.
