The National Bank Open presented by Rogers concluded on Thursday, when Ben Shelton beat Brandon Nakashima in the final and successfully completed his title defence in Montreal.
Brazilians Orlando Luz and Rafael Matos upset third seeds Marcelo Arevalo and Mate Pavic in the doubles final. With the victory, they became the first Brazilian duo to win an ATP Masters 1000 title.
