Lorenzo Musetti traded the tennis court for the runway on Tuesday, joining global superstar Jennifer Lopez for a memorable moment at Vogue World: Milano.
From two very different worlds, Musetti and Lopez shared the spotlight in a star-studded walk beneath the iconic glass dome of Milan’s Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II.
Musetti brought Lopez, who had been watching from the audience, into the spotlight before the pair delighted the crowd with a surprise turn and dance.
It was a different kind of stage for Musetti, who has established himself as one of Italy’s leading tennis stars since breaking through on Tour. The former No. 5 player in the PIF ATP Rankings last competed earlier this month at the US Open, where he fell to qualifier Dane Sweeny in the second round.
On Tuesday, though, the racquet was nowhere to be seen as Musetti embraced an entirely different role in Milan, sharing the runway with Lopez among an array of stars from sport, music and entertainment.
The 24-year-old Italian, who owns a 20-11 record this season according to the Infosys ATP Win/Loss Index, is next scheduled to compete at the ATP 500 event in Tokyo, which begins on 30 September.
