
Kei Nishikori, Venus Williams, Emma Raducanu and Caroline Wozniacki have been awarded wild cards for the 2024 Miami Open presented by Itau, the tournament announced Thursday.
The former World No. 4 Nishikori will make his first competitive appearance since last year's Atlanta Open. A 2016 finalist at the ATP Masters 1000 event, Nishikori has not played in Miami since 2021.

Williams, who is a three-time champion in Miami, will compete for the first time since the US Open. Joining her on the WTA side will be Wozniacki, a 2017 finalist in south Florida and 2021 US Open champion Raducanu.
The Miami Open presented by Itau, held at Hard Rock Stadium, runs from 20-31 March. Daniil Medvedev and Petra Kvitova are the defending champions.
The remainder of the wild cards for singles, doubles and qualifying draws will be announced within the coming weeks.
