Holger Rune hit a shot-of-the-tournament contender at a critical moment against Stefanos Tsitsipas on Tuesday at the BNP Paribas Open. Facing break point at 4-3 in the second set, he hit an incredible tweener to help dig out of trouble and eventually seal his 6-4, 6-4 victory.
But how did it feel in the moment?
"I think it felt better on the court, actually, but it also looked good on the phone, definitely," Rune said. "I had the expectation that I looked like Roger Federer when I hit it, and I didn't quite do that. So that was disappointing, you know. Definitely felt better."

The Dane was smiling when he made the comment. One of Roger Federer's greatest shots was a tweener against Novak Djokovic at the US Open.
The former No. 4 player in the PIF ATP Rankings clearly was simply happy with his performance against the in-form Tsitsipas, who recently won the Dubai title.
"I think a lot of good things today," Rune said. "I think my tweener was not bad."
