Four-time US Open champion Novak Djokovic and American stars Ben Shelton and Taylor Fritz are among the players who will compete on Sunday, Day 1 of the main draw at the season's final major.
Djokovic will begin his pursuit of a 25th Grand Slam trophy against home favourite Learner Tien. The Serbian will face the lefty for the first time in their Lexus ATP Head2Head series.
Shelton, who is at a career-high No. 6 in the PIF ATP Rankings, will compete in the first match inside Arthur Ashe Stadium this year. The 2023 semi-finalist will take on a qualifier or lucky loser at 12 p.m.
On Louis Armstrong Stadium, fourth seed Taylor Fritz will face fellow American Emilio Nava and 2021 champion Daniil Medvedev will try to move past Benjamin Bonzi.
