Sinner and Madrid champion Casper Ruud, the sixth seed, are in the same quarter of the draw. Fourth seed Taylor Fritz, seventh seed Alex de Minaur and Miami winner Jakub Mensik are also in the top half.
Second seed Zverev and 2023 Rome titlist Daniil Medvedev are in the bottom quarter, while third seed Alcaraz and Madrid finalist Jack Draper lead the third quarter.
The 32 seeded players have a bye in the first round. Main-draw action takes place from Wednesday, 7 May through Sunday, 18 May.
