With big points on offer at Roland Garros, a number of ATP Tour stars made significant moves in the PIF ATP Rankings by producing impressive runs at the clay-court major in Paris.
Among them was quarter-finalist Felix Auger-Aliassime, who has hit a new career-high World No. 4 as a result of his run, while finalist Flavio Cobolli has cracked the Top 10 of the PIF ATP Rankings for the first time. ATPTour.com looks at the movers in the PIF ATP Rankings as of Monday, 8 June.
No. 4 Felix Auger-Aliassime, +2 (Career High)
The 25-year-old Auger-Aliassime became the first Canadian man to reach the quarter-finals at all four Grand Slam tournaments with his last-eight run in Paris. He hung tough through a five-set opener against Daniel Altmaier before advancing to the quarter-finals, where he fell in four sets to Cobolli. Auger-Aliassime has risen two spots to a career-high No. 4 after his run.
No. 10 Flavio Cobolli, +4 (Career High)
The three-time ATP Tour champion Cobolli advanced to his maiden major final with a breakout streak on the Parisian clay. The 24-year-old Italian dropped just two sets across five matches prior to the final, in which he pushed Alexander Zverev to five sets. Cobolli has now become a Top-10 player for the first time: He is just the seventh Italian man to break the Top 10 in PIF ATP Rankings history (since 1973).
No. 17 Jakub Mensik, +10
Big-hitting Czech star Mensik forged the best Grand Slam run of his career in Paris. The 20-year-old notched marathon five-set triumphs against Mariano Navone and Andrey Rublev, a classy four-set upset of Alex de Minaur, and an impressive triumph in a battle with his fellow fast-rising young star Joao Fonseca. Eventual champ Zverev proved too strong in the semi-finals, but Mensik has nonetheless risen 10 spots to World No. 17.
No. 23 Rafael Jodar, +6 (Career High)
#NextGenATP star Jodar continued his stunning 2026 by reaching the quarter-finals on his Roland Garros debut. The 19-year-old’s exploits included five-set wins against Alex Michelsen and Pablo Carreno Busta before he fell to Zverev. Jodar is now up to a career-high No. 23 in the PIF ATP Rankings, and will next prepare for his first grass-court match at any professional level at the HSBC Championships in London.
No. 34 Matteo Arnaldi, +70
A former World No. 30, Arnaldi has surged back to within four spots of his career-high ranking after a fairytale run in Paris. Competing as the World No. 104, the Italian spent the longest time on court en route to a major quarter-final (17 hours and 42 minutes), and then advanced a step further after Matteo Berrettini retired from the pair’s last-eight clash. Arnaldi himself withdrew from his semi-final with Cobolli due to a virus, but the 25-year-old now heads to the grass as a Top-40 player once again.
