Flavio Cobolli and Arthur Fils have begun their Saturday semi-final clash at the Cincinnati Open, following a lightning delay of about 45 minutes.
Cobolli and Fils had just completed their warm up on P&G Center Court when rain began to fall and lightning was spotted in the area.
The Roland Garros finalist Cobolli is the highest seed remaining in Cincinnati, where he is competing in his first ATP Masters 1000 semi-final. Fils, in his third ATP Masters 1000 semi-final appearance this year, is aiming to extend his perfect 2-0 Lexus ATP Head2Head record against the Italian.
