Novak Djokovic will return to action for the first time since Wimbledon when he begins his Cincinnati Open campaign on Saturday.
The former No. 1 player in the PIF ATP Rankings will face Thiago Agustin Tirante in the second match on centre court, with play scheduled to begin from 11 a.m. local time. Djokovic is competing for the first time since reaching the semi-finals at Wimbledon, where he fell to eventual champion Jannik Sinner.
A three-time Cincinnati champion, Djokovic lifted the trophy in 2018, 2020 and 2023. His 2023 final against Carlos Alcaraz produced an unforgettable three-set battle, with Djokovic saving a match point before securing victory in one of the greatest Masters 1000 matches in recent history.
