One week after Novak Djokovic announced his split with coach Andy Murray, the former No. 1 player in the PIF ATP Rankings revealed his new coaching setup.

Djokovic explained at the Gonet Geneva Open that he is working with two familiar faces: Dusan Vemic and Boris Bosnjakovic.

"Dusan Vemic, who is actually [the Serbian Billie Jean King] Cup captain — but he was part of my coaching team years ago with Marian — he's here, so he's going to be here with me in Geneva and Roland Garros," Djokovic said at his pre-tournament press conference. "And Boris Bosnjakovic, who is my assistant coach and analyst as well, so they're both going to kind of share that role for the next couple tournaments and then we'll see."

It All Adds Up

There was plenty of attention on the partnership between Djokovic and Murray, which they announced last November. There were promising signs in January, when Djokovic defeated Carlos Alcaraz at the Australian Open. But the two former World No. 1s did not ultimately lift a trophy together. Djokovic made clear in Switzerland that he does not have a particular longterm coaching desire in mind at the moment.

"I don't have any rush to choose whether I'm going to have someone or not, I don't know. I don't know at this moment," Djokovic said. "I'm fine with these guys and I'm happy the way it is and then we'll see after Paris."

The Geneva second seed will begin his pursuit of his 100th tour-level title on Wednesday against Marton Fucsovics. Djokovic leads the pair's Lexus ATP Head2Head series 5-0.
