Jannik Sinner arrives at Roland Garros on a career-best 29-match winning streak. The Italian has swept the past five events he has played, dating back to March when he triumphed in Indian Wells.
Titles at ATP Masters 1000 events in Miami, Monte-Carlo, Madrid and Rome followed, with the Italian becoming just the second man to complete the Career Golden Masters in the Italian capital.
Sinner has dropped just three sets across the 29 wins, while he earned victory against his great rival Carlos Alcaraz in the championship match in Monte-Carlo. The 24-year-old, who returned to No. 1 in the PIF ATP Rankings following his victory in The Principality, is now chasing the longest win streak in the ATP Tour era.
Sinner is currently fifth on the list, with Novak Djokovic, Roger Federer, Thomas Muster and Rafael Nadal above the 10-time Masters 1000 champion. If Sinner lifts the trophy at Roland Garros for the first time, he would move to third.
