Carlos Alcaraz and Lorenzo Musetti are set for an intriguing Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters final, which will take place Sunday at 12 p.m. CEST/6 p.m. ET.
The Spaniard leads Musetti 3-1 in their Lexus ATP Head2Head series. The Italian won their first tour-level clash in a thrilling final at the ATP 500 in Hamburg in 2022, but Alcaraz has claimed their past three encounters.
Both players are aiming for their first Monte-Carlo trophy. Musetti, a first-time Masters 1000 finalist, would crack the Top 10 of the PIF ATP Rankings should he triumph.
The championship match is starting three hours earlier than originally scheduled, due to a threat of heavy rain. Sunday’s doubles final will take place after the singles final.
