
Rain has cancelled play on the outside courts Wednesday at Roland Garros. Play continues under the roofs on Court Philippe-Chatrier and Court Suzanne-Lenglen.
The action began on time at the clay-court major before play was suspended at 11:57 a.m. local time. Eighth seed Hubert Hurkacz was competing against Brandon Nakashima on Court Simonne-Mathieu, while Ben Shelton was in first-set action against Kei Nishikori on Court 7 when the rain started to fall.
Sebastian Korda’s second-round clash with Soonwoo Kwon was suspended in the first set as well as Lorenzo Sonego’s match against Zhang Zhizhen. All doubles matches have been cancelled.
