The ABN AMRO Open will start with a bang on Monday, when Daniil Medvedev and Stan Wawrinka’s first-round clash headlines the action in Rotterdam.
Medvedev and Wawrinka, who are level at 2-2 in their Lexus ATP Head2Head series, are both former champions at the indoor hard-court ATP 500. The 2023 titlist Medvedev and 2015 winner Wawrinka will kick off the Day 1 night session at Rotterdam Ahoy, with the pair scheduled to take to court not before 7:30 p.m. local time (CET).
Before that, eighth seed Hubert Hurkacz and Flavio Cobolli will contest the opening match of the day on centre court not before 1 p.m. That clash will be followed by sixth seed Stefanos Tsitsipas’ first-round meeting with qualifier Harold Mayot.
