Since making his Miami debut in 2021, the No. 2 player in the PIF ATP Rankings Sinner has tallied a 19-3 win-loss record at the tournament, according to the Infosys ATP Win/Loss Index.
Sinner lifted the trophy in Miami in 2024, capturing his second ATP Masters 1000 title at the time. He also reached the final at the event in 2021 and 2023.
Sinner won the title in Miami for the first time in his most recent appearance in 2024. The Italian dropped just one set en route to the trophy, defeating Grigor Dimitrov in the final. (Read more).
Sinner has won six ATP Masters 1000 titles. In Indian Wells last week, he became just the third player to win all six hard-court Masters 1000 events.

Sinner holds a 240-54 win-loss record on hard courts, according to the Infosys ATP Win/Loss Index, for a winning percentage of 81.6 per cent.
Sinner opens his Miami campaign against Damir Dzumhur or a qualifier and could face Corentin Moutet or Tomas Machac in the third round. He could meet Andrey Rublev or Cameron Norrie in the fourth round and Felix Auger-Aliassime or defending champion Jakub Mensik in the quarter-finals. Alexander Zverev, Daniil Medvedev and Ben Shelton are possible semi-final opponents. He is seeded to play Carlos Alcaraz in the final.
