Play has been begun on the outside courts at Wimbledon on Wednesday following a two-hour, 10-minute rain delay.

Second-round matches in the bottom half of the draw are due to get underway today at the All England Club, where two-time defending champion Carlos Alcaraz and the No. 5 player in the PIF ATP Rankings, Taylor Fritz, feature.

It All Adds Up

Alcaraz plays British qualifier Oliver Tarvet in the second match on Centre Court, which begins at 1:30 p.m. local time, while Fritz faces Gabriel Diallo on No. 1 Court.

Play on these courts were not affected due to their retractable roofs. On the outside courts, #NextGenATP Brazilian Joao Fonseca opens Court 12 proceedings against Jenson Brooksby, while Andrey Rublev takes on Lloyd Harris on No. 3 Court.
