    • Began playing in his hometown of Novi Pazar with former coach Edis Fetic then moved to Belgrade when he was 10 years old for better facilities.
    • Says Novak Djokovic inspired him to play this sport and Viktor Troicki, his current coach, made the biggest impact on his game. Also credits his father, Eldin, who also made a very big impact on his career and life and he is someone he looks up to the most.
    • Considers forehand his best shot and clay his favorite surface.

    • 2023 Next Gen ATP Finals champion broke into Top 100 in January 2025 after opting to miss Australian Open Q to win Challenger title at Oeiras-1 and achieved career-high No. 61 in April 2025.
    • Advanced to 2025 Marseille final after defeating former champions Khachanov and No. 8 Medvedev for biggest win of career.
    • Came through qualifying and upset former World No. 3 Thiem en route to 1st ATP Tour SF at 2023 Gstaad and defeated countryman Djere to reach 1st ATP Tour final in Belgrade as WC.
    • Qualified for Grand Slam main draws at Roland Garros in 2023 and 2024, 2023 Wimbledon and 2024 US Open.
    • Owns 51-31 Challenger record (5-1 in finals) and joined Djokovic and Tipsarevic as 3rd Serbian teenager to win 3 Challenger titles, doing so at 2022 Luedenscheid, 2023 Szekesfehervar and 2023 Mauthausen.
