Wade McGuire)...Played two seasons there before turning pro in summer '93...Father, Bob, is a marketing professor at Tennessee...Enjoys golf and has a six-seven handicap...In 1997, played Jim Courier in an exhibition that helped raise $35,000 for the Greater Knoxville Boys and Girls Club...Underwent a double hernia operation on Nov. 5, 1997...One month later, sprained his left knee while kicking field goals (w/Reneberg) in Atlanta and underwent arthroscopic surgery on Jan. 20, 1998...Coached by former ATP pro Mike DePalmer, Jr., who also played at Tennessee.
