  • Craig Wittus, a USPTA certified Pro 1 since 1990, became a teaching professional after a successful playing and coaching career on the ATP Tour.

    Wittus coached Robert Seguso, Gary Donnelly and Joey Rive, who were nominated for the ATP's "Most Improved Player Award" in 1985, 1986 and 1987, respectively.

    Currently, Craig serves as the director at Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club in Boca Raton, FL. He is responsible for maintaining the 6-court facility including buying merchandise for the pro shop and programming for members.

    Previously, he was The Director of Tennis at the Diplomat Resort in Hollywood, Fl, and Wintergreen Resort in Wintergreen, VA which were both rated by Tennis magazine as one its top 50 resorts in North America.

    Craig was also employed as director of tennis at Sea Oaks Beach and Tennis Club from 1991 to 1997.

    Craig played college tennis at Miami (Ohio) University, where he was the school's first and only All-American. He went on the pro tour after graduating in 1979 with a degree in business.

    Craig attained a world ranking in the top 100 in singles and top 50 in doubles during his five-year playing career. He won six ATP tour events � four in doubles and two in singles.

    He has 3 children three children, C.J., who is 20 years old, Leah, 18, and Jared, 17.
