Discovered tennis at age 3 when his father was watching Rafael Nadal at Roland Garros on TV. Says that he had a "shock" seeing Nadal and asked his parents to buy him a tennis racquet.
Began playing tennis against the wall because nobody in his family played.
Says that his parents are his heroes and Nadal is his tennis idol.
Favourite shot is ace, tournament is Roland Garros and city on tour is Melbourne.

After peaking at No. 4 in juniors in 2020, broke inside Top 100 in January 2024 after defeating No. 8 Rune for biggest win of career en route to Australian Open 4R and achieved career-high No. 63 in December.
Defeated countryman Mannarino in ATP Tour main draw debut at 2021 Geneva as 18-year-old WC.
Made Grand Slam main draw debut at 2021 Roland Garros as a WC and earned wins over Bergs at 2024 Wimbledon in 5 sets, 2-time semi-finalist Carreno Busta at 2024 US Open and No. 28 Baez at 2025 Aus. Open.
Owns 72-37 record on ATP Challenger Tour (3-5 in finals), winning titles at both 2022 and 2023 Nonthaburi-2 as Q and 2024 Noumea.
