    • Nicknamed Menimal.
    • Parents, father, Michal; and mother, Katerina Mensikova; brother, Lukas.
    • Began playing at the age of 5 and had courts in front of the family house. He used to go there to see how children and adults were playing. He liked it and started practising with old coach Ivo Müller. He enjoyed the training sessions and says, "I fell in love with tennis through games and competitions."
    • Considers best shot as backhand down the line and favorite surface hard courts.
    • Favorite tournament is Australian Open and favorite city on tour is New York.
    • Tennis idol is Novak Djokovic and favorite athlete is Stephen Curry and team is Golden State Warriors.

    • Former World No. 2 junior broke into Top 100 in February 2025 and earned career-high No. 19 in May 2025 soon after becoming fourth man in series history to win 1st title at ATP Masters 1000 event in Miami.
    • Also in Miami, defeated No. 4 Fritz and 6-time champion No. 5 Djokovic to join Alcaraz as only teenagers to earn multiple Top 5 wins in one event this century and became 1st Czech ATP Masters 1000 champion since 2005.
    • Reached 1st ATP Tour QF, SF and final at 2024 Doha by defeating former champions Murray, No. 5 Rublev and Monfils, becoming 1st man born in 2005 or later to play in an ATP Tour final and qualified for 2024 Next Gen ATP Finals.
    • In tour-level debut, reached 3R at 2023 US Open as Q, becoming youngest man to reach Grand Slam 3R since Nadal at 2004 Aus. Open and youngest at US Open since Santoro in 1990, losing to Fritz on 18th birthday.
