- Overcame injury-riddled start to career by breaking into Top 200 and achieving career-high No. 198 in 2018.
- Played 10 matches in 9 days at 2021 Delray Beach to reach 1st ATP Tour singles SF as Q and 1st doubles final with older brother Ryan as WC.
- Qualified at 2016 US Open, 2018 Wimbledon and 2022 Wimbledon (d. Clarke) in singles after reaching 2012 US Open QF in doubles w/R. Harrison as WC.
- Debuted on ITF Junior Circuit at age 13 before injuries and illnesses sidelined him from May 2009-October 2010 and August 2013-July 2015, then kept him out of singles from April 2019-August 2020 with foot injury at 2022 Wimbledon making him focus on doubles since.
- Underwent 8 surgeries: left femur (2009), right hip (2013), left hip (2014), right shoulder (2014), right wrist (2014), right adductor (2014), left adductor (2014) and left femur (2018).
