Celebrated 31st birthday by competing in 1st ATP Tour SF at 2021 Cordoba as Q after earning 6 wins.
Advanced to Grand Slam 3R for 1st time at 2021 US Open after entering event with 1-10 record on hard courts.
In Grand Slam main draw debut, defeated Benneteau 18-16 in 5th at 2014 Roland Garros as Q.
Boasts 344-202Challenger record (16-13 in finals, allon clay), posting 6-0 finals record in 2016 – tied for 2nd-most titles in a single season behind Griekspoor's 8 in 2021.
