Started playing tennis when he was 6-7 years old and when his family lived in New York because his mom was playing tennis. His parents are his greatest inspiration.
He was also inspired to continue playing and pursue big goals by watching Kei Nishikori compete at the US Open.
Tennis idol is Roger Federer. Favourite shot is drop shot and surface is hard. Favourite tournament is the US Open and city is New York.
Enjoys Japanese BBQ. Secret talent is cooking traditional Japanese dishes.
Enjoys watching baseball and favourite athlete is Shohei Ohtani. Hero is Tanjiro Kamado. Favourite superhero is Spider-Man.
Favourite movie is Top Gun: Maverick and actor is Tom Cruise. Favourite book is Perfect Pain and TV show is The Night Agent.
Enjoys listening to music. Favourite artist is Coldplay.
Guilty pleasure is playing Mario Kart with his teammates.
Says his best quality is that he is disciplined, and his worst quality is that he is an overthinker.
