    • Travels with his wife, Sally, anddaughters, Lila Grace and Georgia, after going 6 months at a time without seeing them due to distance from New Zealand while on tour.

    • Played college tennis at University of Texas (2006) and Louisiana State University (2008-09).
    • Named SEC Player of the Year and All-American in singles and doubles as a senior.
    • Favourite surface is hard, shot is forehand and tournament is Australian Open.
    • Hobbies include going to the beach, watching movies and reading.
    • Supports the All Blacks rugby team.
    • Struggled with left ankle injury in 2019.

    • Broke into doubles Top 10 after winning 2019 Halle title w/Klaasen and achieved career-high No. 6 in August 2022 shortly after runner-up at ATP Masters 1000 Cincinnati.
    • Owns 20 doubles titles including 2017 Roland Garros w/Harrison, earning all 6 wins in 3 sets to become 1st Grand Slam men’s doubles champion from New Zealand since Parun at 1974 Roland Garros.
    • Has won at least 1ATP Tour title for 9consecutive years from 2015-2023, including 3this season w/J. Murray in Dallas, Banja Luka and Geneva, which was his 20th career trophy.
    • Upset World No. 1 Cabal/Farah to reach 2019 Nitto ATP Finals championship match w/Klaasen.
    • Also runner-up w/Klaasen at 2018 Wimbledon, 2018 ATP Masters 1000 Toronto and 2019 ATP Masters 1000 Rome.
    • Defeated defending and eventual champion Kontinen/Peers en route to 2017 Nitto ATP Finals SF w/Harrison.
