1993- Second Round at Queen's.
Turned pro in May 1992.
Played collegiate tennis at the Univ. of Oklahoma for two years before
transferring to Arizona State for two years (1991-92).
Played mostly on the satellite level for the first half of 1993 before
qualifying into his first ATP Tour stop at Queen's where he upset top 50
Jakob Hlasek in the first round before losing in the second round to David
Witt. Jumped from 563 to No. 392 following the week.
Parents, Harry and Carole, played internationally in the 1960s. Mother
reached the round of 16 at Wimbledon and father played all four Grand Slams.
