Earned a bachelor's degree in political science/international relations from the University of Calif.-Santa Barbara. Began playing tennis at age 9. Turned pro in June 1988 and retired in 1991. Owns Genesis Mortgage which arranges home loans. Still enjoys tennis and golf and sharing those pastimes with his children Olivia, Sabrina and Michael. Wife, Marie.
