    • Advanced to Australian Open QF as World No. 97 in 2018 and as World No. 100 in 2020.
    • Defeated No. 5 Thiem in 2018 Australian Open 4R for biggest win of career, but squandered 7 MPs vs. No. 3 Federer in 2020 Australian Open QF.
    • Made ATP debut at 2017 Houston after qualifying for 1st time in 15th try at tour-level events.
    • Named after his great-grandfather and not the sport he plays or the state where he was raised, resides and went to college (Tennessee).
