Career

Father, Gonzalo; mother, Marine; sisters, Ornella and Isabella.
Says that his mother is his hero.
Began playing tennis at his grandfather's club in La Plata as soon as he could walk at 9 months old.
Was coached by his aunt, Vanesa, who taught him to play.
Favourite shot is forehand, surface is hard, tournament is US Open and city on tour is Monte Carlo.
Tennis idol is countryman Juan Martin del Potro: "To share a court with Juan Martin is incredible. The people love him and he's one of the greatest. I want to be like that. I always saw him on TV and I've wanted to be like him, not just in tennis, but as a person."
Was a sparring partner at the 2019 Nitto ATP Finals in London, hitting with Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Daniil Medvedev.
Also enjoys football, supporting River Plate and countryman Lionel Messi.
Favourite superhero is Thor, TV show is Vikings and movie is Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Part 1).
Enjoys reading and says his favourite book is Open by Andre Agassi.
Favourite actor is Adam Sandler and musician is Norwegian DJ Kygo.
Likes eating seafood, says his secret talent is cooking and lists McDonald's as his guilty pleasure.
Favourite school subject was math.
Says that work ethic is his best quality and anger is his worst quality.
Has one tattoo - in English, on his chest - "If you can dream it, you can do it."

Earned 1st PIF ATP Rankings point at age 16 in 2017, broke into Top 200 in March 2022 and Top 100 in February 2024, achieving career-high No. 90 in April 2024.
Advanced to 1st ATP Tour SF at 2024 Bastad after beating defending champion No. 8 Rublev in 2R.
Made ATP Tour debut at 2021 Buenos Aires as WC and earned 1st tour-level win at 2023 Roland Garros as Q.
Captured Challenger titles at 2021 Ambato, 2023 Morelos, 2023 Bogota, 2024 Mexico City, 2025 Cordoba and 2025 Szczecin.
Ended 2019 as No. 1 junior in world, sweeping last 18 matches and 26 sets of his career en route to 3 titles in as many weeks at Yucatan Cup, Eddie Herr and Orange Bowl.
Did not drop a set en route to 2019 Roland Garros boys’ doubles title w/Pucinelli de Almeida.
