    • Father, Roger, is a former Lawn Tennis Association executive; mother, Nicky, is a former top junior tennis player in Britain; brother, Ben, played college tennis at University of California-Berkeley and now pursues a Master's degree at Wake Forest.
    • Started playing tennis at age 3 by practising against the wall at the tennis club where his mother coached.

    • Ruptured ankle ligament in summer 2021 while running to a wide forehand.
    • Motivation: "I just love winning. To be honest, I love to put in the work and then gain the rewards from it. I know it's not always like that, but at the same time I enjoy how tough it is. I love competing and I enjoy training and getting better."

    • Achieved new career-high ranking 22 times in 2022, breaking into Top 200 in February, Top 100 in June and Top 50 in September before peaking at No. 25 in August 2024 after soon winning 1st ATP Tour title in Stuttgart.
    • During 2024 grass court season, defeated 2-time champion Berrettini in Stuttgart final for 1st title and earned biggest win of career over No. 2 Alcaraz at Queen’s Club 2R.
    • Advanced to 1st ATP Tour final at 2023 Sofia and 2nd final at 2024 Adelaide in his following event.
    • In 2022, advanced to 1st ATP Tour SF at Eastbourne as WC, earned Top 10 wins over No. 5 Tsitsipas en route to Montreal QF as Q and No. 8 Auger-Aliassime to reach US Open 3R.
    • Defeated both Sinner and Bublik in 2 TBs for 1st and 2nd ATP Tour wins of career, reaching 2021 London/Queen’s Club QF as 309th-ranked WC.
    • Ended junior career by achieving career-high No. 7 and reaching 2018 Wimbledon boys’ singles final (d. Mejia 7-6 6-7 19-17 in SF).
