Alexander Zverev and Felix Auger-Aliassime will lead the field as the top two seeds at the National Bank Open presented by Rogers, set to take place from 2 to 13 August in Montreal.
Zverev, the No. 2 player in the PIF ATP Rankings, has taken the top seed in the field. The German lifted the trophy in Montreal in 2017 and reached the semi-finals in Toronto last season.
While the Roland Garros champion takes the top of the draw, the bottom of the draw will feature the home country hopeful Auger-Aliassime as the second seed. The 25-year-old Canadian is a Montreal native and reached the quarter-finals in 2022. He has two runner-up finishes at the Masters level (Madrid 2024 and Paris 2025), but is still aiming to capture his maiden 1000 title.
Alex de Minaur, Daniil Medvedev, and defending champion Ben Shelton round out the top five seeds in the draw. The fifth seed Shelton defeated Karen Khachanov to lift the 2025 title in Canada and claim his maiden Masters 1000 title. Seven of the Top 10 players in the PIF ATP Rankings are set to compete in the event as the American hard-court swing kicks into gear.
