    • Full name is Nicolas Jarry Fillol.
    • Father, Allan, and mother, Cecilia, both work in business and used to play pro volleyball for Chile.
    • Wife, Laura;younger sisters, Belen and Sofia; younger brothers, Diego and Sebastian.
    • Grandfather, Jaime Fillol, was a Top-20 player who gave Nicolas his 1st racquetand took him to tournaments such as Wimbledon and US Open when he wasa child.
    • Great-uncle, Alvaro Fillol, was also a pro and together with Jaime ran former ATP 250 event in Vina del Mar.
    • Aunt, Catalina Fillol, is tournament director of Santiago ATP 250 event.
    • Uncle, Martin Rodriguez, is a former Top-75 singles and Top-15 doubles player.
    • Idols growing up were Chilean players Nicolas Massu, Fernando Gonzalez and Adrian Garcia.
    • Favourite shot is serve and tournament is Wimbledon.
    • Ambassador for the TECHO charity.
    • Trained from 2011-12 in Key Biscayne, FL, USA. Represented USA briefly as a junior.

    • Unranked to begin 2021, he earned a career-high No. 16 in May 2024 after becoming 1st Chilean since Gonzalez in 2007 to reach an ATP Masters 1000 final in Rome.
    • During 2023 season, came from a set down three times in five matches to win 2nd ATP Tour title in Santiago, his hometown, and upset double defending champion Ruud in QF and 2019 champion Zverev in SF en route to 3rd title in Geneva.
    • Joined countryman Garin as fellow 2019 first-time ATP Tour champion by winning 1st title in Bastad without losing a set.
    • Saved 1 MP vs. No. 3 A. Zverev in 2019 Barcelona 2R for biggest win of career, but squandered 2 MPs vs. A. Zverev in Geneva final one month later.
    • Peaked at No. 8 in junior rankings after advancing to 2013 Roland Garros boys' doubles final with countryman Garin.
    • Parents, Allan and Cecilia, are former pro volleyball players; grandfather, Jaime Fillol, great-uncle, Alvaro Fillol, and uncle, Martin Rodriguez, are former ATP players.
