An outstanding junior who was the No. 2 junior in Czechoslovakia (behind
Martin Damm) in 1989. The '89 Czech Junior National champion and won a
junior tournament in Sydney, Australia in 1990.
Turned pro in 1990.
Enjoys music (Pink Floyd and U2), football, skiing.
Father, Jan, is a former great who won the French Open in 1970-71 and
Wimbledon in 1973. Also a finalist at the U.S. Open in 1971 and '73.
