Played at Foothill Junior College (w/Brad Gilbert, Paul Chamberlin) in
1980-81. He transferred to the University of Utah in 1982-83 where he was a
teammate of Greg Holmes. Both qualified for the NCAA Championships (Holmes
won the tournament).
