(w/Nijssen); Seventh place at French Satellite (w/16 ATP pts.).
1989- Second at British Satellite #1; Fourth place at Dutch, Israeli Satellites.
Began playing tennis at age 11 while also playing football and table tennis.
Captured his first career doubles title (w/Eltingh) at 1991Palermo, upsetting the Sanchez brothers in the final.
Coached by Ron Timmermans (who also coaches Tom Nijssen).
Following his playing days, was a stock options trader in Amsterdam and then trained new traders. Also works with the talented juniors of the Dutch Federation.
Enjoys golf and playing pinball.
